I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sure your loved one will be missed. The scripture in Acts 24:15 say,“There is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteousness." Live for the day when you will see your loved one again. If your heart is heavy with grief the scripture in Psalms will bring you comfort....34:18 Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit. I Pray that the God of all comfort ,comfort you during this time. For more comforting scriptures go to jw.org and listen to the counsel given from the brochure, "When someone you love dies". (Directions: go to jw.org, click publications, next click brochure, click on when someone you love dies, MP3 will be played, everything on the site is free)

DeLane,It's been a long while since we have seen each other. I remember your energy, love for life and loving people, even if they didn't wear boots and jeans. I worked with Janie at the Dental College. So I know where you got your spunk. Rest in peace. Lauren

I am deeply saddened to learn of Delaine's passing. We spent many pleasurable hours together working with scripts, props, sets, parade floats, board matters, and fundraisers when we were involved in Ruston Community Theatre many years ago. She was a delightful Truvie in RCT's production of Steel Magnolias and just as talented and dependable when working behind the scenes as she was when treading the boards. Knowing that she is gone is sad indeed.

Reagan, Jason, Jesse, Gina, and Families,I can't tell you how sorry I was to learn of Delaine's passing. During the "golden years" of Petroleum Engineering at Louisiana Tech, she was a mainstay in our department and a guiding influence in the lives of many of our students. We all have vivid memories of those times together, and I will be thinking of some of them Friday. Valleau and I share in your loss and pray God's blessings upon all of us in this difficult time. Dr. Caruthers (Brentwood, TN)
