It is with sadness that we found Fraulene had passed into eternity. But I am sure as so many others have experienced, he left a legacy of people he touched. It was my pleasure to know if ever so briefly the joy that Fraulene brought to life.

Dr. McKnight was the inspiration to why I originally became involved with poultry as an Extension 4-H Club agent and his guidance and training was instrumental to why our parish 4-H poultry programs were always so successful. Additionally to his poultry expertise, he was always willing to help anyone. He truly will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him, but always remembered for the wonderful person he was to family, friends and colleagues.
