Memorial services celebrating the life of Gary Bryan Ross will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston with Dr. Bruce Willson officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00-2:00 PM under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes of Ruston.Gary, an oil compressor technician, was born on August 22, 1948 and passed away on March 31, 2016. He was a past member of the Presbyterian Church of Ruston. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joan and Joe Bryan Ross of Ruston and one sister, Laura Ross Faulkner.Gary is survived by his wife, Gaye Ross; brother Joel Ross and wife, Jill, of Keller, TX; niece: Jessica Ross Sandmann of Fort Worth, TX; nephews: Bryan Ross of Fort Worth, TX, Stephen Ross of Irving, TX, William Faulkner of San Antonio, TX, and Thomas Faulkner of Ruston, LA; aunt: Lois Crittendon of Chickasha, OK; uncle: Jed Jones of Chickasha, OK; cousins: Regina Lane of Manford, OK, and Tina Baker of Chickasha, OK; and other family and friends.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritans Purse in Boone, NC.Following the memorial service, a reception will be held at Lincoln Parish Museum beginning at 3:00 PM.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com.
