Funeral services for Jeanette Hattaway, age 74, of Dubach, LA will be held Friday, September 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston, LA. Rev. Danny Baskin will officiate. Interment will follow at Fellowship Cemetery, Dubach, LA.Mrs. Hattaway was born March 30, 1942 and passed away August 30, 2016. She was a homemaker, retiree of the glass plant, a self employed secretary, and a member of Salem United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Billy Hattaway; son, Paul Hattaway and wife, Liz, of Simsboro, LA; grandchildren: Heath Hattaway of Ruston, LA, Chase Hattaway of Simsboro, LA, James Halk and wife, Cristi, of Houston, TX, and Robert Halk of San Diego, CA; great grandchildren: Zoe Hattaway and Chance Hattaway of Simsboro, LA; brother: William Baum and wife, Sharon, of Rusk, TX; half sister Kay Gray of Homer, LA, step sisters: Shirley Dean and Jeanette Harper of Homer, LA, a host of nieces and nephews, and Bree, her fur baby of 11 years.Pallbearers will be Heath Hattaway, Chase Hattaway, James Halk, Donald Duke II, Todd Gibbs, Cody Bailes, Larry Tomlin, and Clark Canterbury. Honorary pallbearers are Robert Halk and Geoffrey Middleton.Visitation will be Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 5 7 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com.
