Carroll Holmes officiating.Interment will follow at Sharon Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Mr. Fowler was born April 28, 1935 and passed away August 24, 2015.He is preceded in death by his parents: J.A. (Jack) Fowler and Terrelle Heard Fowler; and sisters: Marcie Fowler Barnette and Betty Fowler Loyd.Mr. Fowler was a member of Sharon Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patsy McCarley Fowler of Sharon Community; daughter; Lisa Ann Fowler; and grandson: Jason Fowler Walker all of Sharon Community.Pallbearers will be Wayne Farley, Lonnie Dean, Connie Farrar, Paul David Colvin, Tony Dixon, Bobby Hrapmann, Steve Wilson, and John Vercher. Honorary pallbearers will be W.A. Scriber and Bobby Scriber.Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM Wednesday August 26, 2015 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.Memorials may be made to Sharon Baptist Church.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com

My memories of Revis are from our high school days at Lisbon High, Lisbon LA. Revis was always well-dressed, always in cowboy boots and had that RED hair combed perfectly. He was very courteous, rather quiet when he was at school. I'm so sorry that I did not know of his service in time to attend. My thoughts and prayers with be with his family and friends.
