Interment will follow at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Joyce was born April 12, 1946 in Nashville, TN and passed September 29, 2015 in West Monroe, LA. She loved her family, her pets, movies and singing.Joyce is survived by her children; Joy Ashley and husband Kerry, Jill Lewellyn and husband Glenn; brothers, Bobby Rowlan and wife Lynn and Kirk Rowlan and significant other Hope Farmer; sisters, Venetta Spillers and husband Eddie, Kay Rowlan and significant other Paul Engnath, Denise Jiles; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and friends.Visitation will be held Friday, October 2, 2015 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
