Ann had a very special gift and that was teaching children. Ann taught school in Lincoln Parish for 32 years and during this time touched many a life from children to parents. There are many that can recall a special something about her. She had many and various jobs during her lifetime. Many may recall her as a talented saleslady for Bess Cooks and Grahams clothing stores and a Multi- Million dollar real estate sales woman for Barnes Century 21. She also served her community in many ways. Some of these include judging Science and Social Studies Fairs, Professional Improvement Plan, Altar Guild member and serving on many committees for the Chamber of Commerce.

Ann was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and through the church she coordinated nursing home and home visitations and a coordinator for the DMA (Don’t Mention Age).

Ann was a very devoted Mother and Educator throughout her life. She loved every child she came in contact with. She leaves behind many wonderful memories for her students, parents, acquaintances and most of all her children and their families.
