Funeral services for Barbara “Barbie” Washington, 57, of Monroe, LA will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, September 17, 2022 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with Rev. Mike Holloway officiating and Felicia Auttonberry providing the Eulogy. Interment will follow at McKnight Cemetery Holly Ridge, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until service time at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Barbara was born March 24, 1965 in Spokane, WA and passed away September 14, 2022 in Monroe. She was manager of several Circle K’s convenient stores in the Monroe area. Barbara was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel and son Brady Lee Washington. She was a member of Ouachita Baptist Church.
Barbara is survived by her father Joe Washington and wife Helen; brothers Bill Washington and wife Lynn, James Washington and wife Sally; sister Dorothy Bloechl; brother Dempsey Washington and wife Annette; brother George Washington and wife Danna; sister Janie Wren and husband Dewayne; grandsons Brayden and Camren ; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends Felicia and Daniel Auttonberry and Brandy Pilgreen.
Serving as pallbearers will be Braden, Camren, Joe, Dempsey, Josh, Brandon, Casey, Brian and Michael and honorary pallbearer will be Michael Pickman.
