A memorial service for Charles Donald Doss will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 16 in the Burkhalter Chapel of Trinity United Methodist Church in Ruston. A private family committal will be held at Kilpatrick Memorial Gardens prior to the service under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. The family will receive friends immediately following services at the church.Charles was a member of Trinity UMC. He loved his family, fishing, baseball, and enjoyed reading.Charles was born on May 27, 1951 in Bernice and passed away on November 12, 2018 in Shreveport.Left to cherish Charles memory are his wife Diane D. Doss of Ruston; children Ryan Doss and Amy Doss of Ruston; siblings Faye Davis of Dubach, Hank Doss of Birmingham, AL, and Alene Nassar of Monroe; and numerous nieces and nephews.Planned memorials may be made to the charity of choice.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com.
