In loving memory of Danny Boy Lee Hester, Jr. Danny was born September 18, 1971 in Monroe, LA and passed away September 8, 2018. Danny is preceded in death by his father, Danny Lee Hester, Sr. and grandfathers, P.J. Clowers and Maurice Hester and grandmother, Inez Hester. Danny is survived by his mother, Linda Clowers Hale and step-dad, Kent Hale; sister, Danielle Dawn Hester; nephews, Devon Michael Hale and Skyler Colton Hester; surviving grandparents, Mildred Caughlin and step-grandfather, Brooks Caughlin; many aunts, uncles and cousins.Danny loved life, he was a social butterfly and had a smile that would light up the room. Danny was always the life of the party. He loved fishing, grilling, hunting, scuba diving and his little buddies, Devon and Skyler and his dog, Alamo AKA puppy diggy.Graveside services will be held for Danny Lee Hester, Jr., at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Pastor Tom Lowe will officiate under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Danny we are burying another one of family today. lamar died. I bet you have already run into him. Momma needs your strength today. I love you and miss you.

Danny was a great man, a great brother, a great son, and most of all a good child of God. The holidays will never be the same without you, Danny. I love you and there is not a day that goes by that I don't look at your picture that hangs up right by my desk. I know you have been watching over me, and for that I am ever grateful. I can't wait to see you again. I love you and miss you greatly, Uncle Danny.

11-10-2018 Danny thanks so much for looking over Devon when he had his wreck.Mama can see you sitting down with .Jesus and protecting him. He might not have a truck buts thanks to God we still have our boy that turned 19 today. Mom cant wait to see you again. Rest in peace my beautiful son .You were true inside and out. mom, I love you so much.

To the Hesrer family Danny certainly will be missed! His smile and overall abundance of life were so uplifting. I lived across the street from his grandmother on Bastrop Dr. We not only spoke when he was there but also at the old TOP GUN night club where I ran security there as a police officer. He would just sit on my tailgate and talk. I have no idea of what caused his passing but I know he is with JESUS CHRIST OUR savior. I will keep you in my prayers.

You're friendship will last with me forever Danny. Suzanne and I loved your company, your spirit and sense of humor. I'm grateful we communicated just last week and that we were just checking in on each other. Fly high my pal !

Linda, Kent, and Danielle,I am so sorry for the passing of Danny Boy. I know I have no words that can ease your pain but know I am praying that God wrap his arms around all of you and give you peace and comfort. Love y'all.

I will remember your smile, your laugh, and all the memories of playing chase in Town N Country subdivision. You had a heart of gold and I will miss you Brother. Rest In Peace and we will see each other again in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
