Funeral services for Doris Bass will be held at 4:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Monroe on Friday, April 2, 2021. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
Doris was born on April 16, 1951 and passed away on March 30, 2021 in West Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleven Bass; her brother, Ceicel Day and her father, Donald Dean Daniel.
Doris is survived by her mother, Jovinie Daniel; her children, Willie A. Bass, Debbie Swaggart and spouse Joey, Sandy Rice and spouse Hal, Mark Bass, Steve Allen Bass and spouse Bonnie; sisters, Sandra Clower and spouse Wayne, Helen Davis and spouse Bill. Many Grandkids, Great Grandkids, nieces and nephews.
Doris loved her family and her faith. She was an avid reader and loved to watch M*A*S*H*, old westerns, Star Trek, Harry Potter and any CSI shows. She had to have her popcorn and coke everyday!
