Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Payne Avery, 98, of Dubach, LA, will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Dubach.  Rev. Barry Joyner, Pastor Alan Robertson, and Rev. Corey Bruce will officiate.  Interment will be at Hamilton Cemetery near Dubach under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.  Visitation will be Tuesday February 13 from 1-3 PM prior to the service at the church.

Eva was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Dubach.  She played the organ at First Baptist in Dubach for over 60 years.  Eva is preceded in death by her husband, Hudson Avery, and 8 siblings.

Left to cherish the memory of Eva Avery are her children, Rene’ Reynolds (Kenny) of Dubach, LA and Victor Avery (TeJo) of Bernice, LA; grandsons: Sawyer Avery and Jon Lee Avery; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Flurry, Randy Roberson, Reagan Colvin, Ken Martin, Alan Trammel, and Ronnie Thomas.

Planned memorials may be made to the LA Baptist Children’s Home, 7200 Desiard Street, Monroe, LA 71203.
