Graveside services for George Menard, 69, will be held at Nunez Baptist Cemetery between Abbeville and Kaplan, LA  1:00 P.M.,  Saturday, March 20, 2021 with Bro. Daniel Goodman officiating  under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Monroe.   Visitation will be held from 4:30 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home-Monroe.

George was born on August 15, 1951 and went home to be with the Lord March 16, 2021 in Monroe, Louisiana.

Bro. George loved his wife, Sis. Debbie of 49 years and his family with all his heart! He was a hard worker and provider for his family.  Bro. George was an active member of Maranatha Baptist Church.  He loved church, bible preaching and most of all his Savior Jesus Christ.  He liked football, the outdoors, hunting and fishing.  He was also a great cook!

Bro. George is preceded in death by his son, Christopher Menard.

He is survived by his wife Sis. Debbie; daughters, Elizabeth, her husband Jason Crouch and Michelle Menard; grandchildren, Jenee Menard, Kaylup Menard, Hannah Menard, Ashley Crouch, Kayla Crouch, Joshua Crouch, Amber Sanchez, Dyllan Menard and Alyssa Menard. Also, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
