Funeral services for JoAnn W. Grafton, 80, of Ruston will be Sunday, January 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Visitation will be Sunday from 12:00 PM until the service.JoAnn was a member of Cook Baptist Church. She worked and retired from Lincoln Parish Health Unit with over 42 years of service. Following retirement, she became an avid artist and a member of North Central Louisiana Arts Council. Reading, crocheting, family, and her dogs, Baby and Sissy Cricket, were her loves.JoAnn was born on June 18, 1937 and passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in Bossier City. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Eva Wartenberg, and husband, Dallas Webster Grafton, Sr.Left to cherish JoAnn memory are her children: Dallas W. Grafton, Jr. and wife, Lisa, of Bossier City; Claire Grafton Town of Baton Rouge; and Joe A. Grafton and wife, Patricia of Bossier City; grandchildren: Ashley Guillory and husband, Caleb, of Houston, TX; Allyson Grafton Dobbins of Ruston; Dallas Webster Grafton III, (Trey), and Laura Anne Grafton and , Austin, of Bossier City; Mary Claire Town Stickle and husband, William, of Baton Rouge; Hal Town of Dallas, TX; Beau Town of New Orleans; Leigh Ann Town of Baton Rouge; and Mary Margaret and Graceann Grafton of Bossier City; great grandchildren: Ella and Millie Guillory and Eliza and Bennett Stickle; her siblings: Nellie Jean Lowery, Gerald Ray Wartenberg (Carol), and Karen Oliver (Henry); and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.Pallbearers will be Beau Town, Hal Town, Will Stickle, Stan Bennett, Caleb Guillory, and Trey Grafton.The family would like to thank the staff of the Arbor in Ruston and Bloom in Bossier City for loving and taking care of their mother in her final days.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com
