Graveside services for John Dennis Tatum, age 63, of Ruston will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 26, 2017, at Choudrant Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. Officiating the service will be Rev. Jerry Whitman. Visitation will be Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 5:00 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.Dennis was born May 10, 1954 in Ruston and died May 24, 2017 in Ruston. He is preceded in death by his son, Jonathon Morgan Tatum.He is survived by his parents, Ophelia and Johnnie Tatum; daughter, Andrea Tatum; grandchildren, Mackenzie Tatum and Maddie, Brody, and Braden Soto; brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Jane Tatum; nephews, Tyler Tatum, and Ryan Tatum and wife Amy; a special friend, Debbie Ware and her children and grandchildren, Emily and Philip Ware, Abby and Maddi, and Denise and Chris Cavin, Caroline and Haley.Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Ambrose, Dan Dry, John Freeman, Josh Miller, Bo Pesnell, Jeff Pixley, David Potter, Ryan Tatum, and Tyler Tatum.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com
