Funeral services for Kenny Vestal, 62, of West Monroe, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 16, 2022 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
Kenny was born December 2, 1959 in Monroe and passed away at his home on August 13, 2022 in West Monroe. He was retired from Graphic Packaging as a supervisor. Kenny loved hunting and fishing and anything in the outdoors. As his grandchildren aged, his favorite pastime was watching them play sports. Kenny was preceded in death by his father, David Wayne Vestal and brother-in-law, Larry Lofton.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Threse A. Carr Vestal; children, Michael Vestal and wife Heather; mother, Elaine McClanahan Vestal; sisters, Donna Vestal White and husband Larry, DeWanna Vestal Lofton; step-children, Chad Vermillion and wife Jeanna, Ouida “Katie” Sims, Bobby Sims and wife Leola; 9 grandchildren, Kenzie Vestal, Casey Vermillion, Jacie Vestal, Jackson Brackett, Sloane Sims, Kellen Vermillion, Averie Vestal, Kendall Vermillion and Remi Sims; many other cherished family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Mills, Shane White, Nathan Dean, Daniel Dean, Tom McKee and Paul Judkins. Honorary pallbearer will be Lynn Coates.
