Lonnie McKee Payne, 54, of Monroe, Louisiana, went to her heavenly home on June 20, 2019 in Monroe, Louisiana. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, June 24, 2019, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, Louisiana. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Bernice, Louisiana with Bro. Kurt Auger officiating.Lonnie was born on July 23, 1964 in Los Gatos, California to Lonnie Murr & Charlene Ann McKee.She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Cindy Jordan and Kathy Randolph; and brother, Robert Beireis.Lonnie was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was known for her incredible work ethic, kind heart, and selflessness. Her greatest joy was found in caring for others but her heartbeats belonged to her grandchildren. To know Lonnie was to love her.Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Roy Allen Payne, Jr. (Rusty) and Cody Adam Payne, Sr.; her sons father, Roy Allen Payne, Sr. (Chip); grandchildren Cody Adam Payne, Jr. and Madeline Maxine Payne; sisters, Debbie Smith, Pam Brooks, and Dee McKee; and a host of other family and friends.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lonnie memory to Louisiana Baptist Children Home at 7200 DeSiard Street, Monroe, Louisiana 71203.
