I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Alice. She was a very special lady. Billy and Alice were a wonderful couple. I first met them in the early 70s when Billy was part of the Beco family. I have such fond memories of them.

Devery, you and your family are in my prayers! "Praise to the God of All Comfort, 3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 2 Corinthians 1:3- 4 (NIV)

Alice Faye was such a sweet person. I went to Elementary School with Alice Faye. Several afternoons I went home with her after school to play. Alice Faye came to our Bastrop High School 50th Class Reunion back in 2008. It was so good to see her again and visit. We sat at the same table and I enjoyed our visit so much. She will be missed by so many people. = Martha Ann

I've known Alice since the 70's. She was a substitute teacher at WMHS and was there almost daily. When I became a member of her church and choir our friendship grew there. She was a stand-out personality and people were drawn to her and wanted to be in her company. Our paths haven't crossed much in recent years but when we did, we picked right up like it always was. This is such shocking loss to everyone and my prayers for comfort go up for all the family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Dear Pearson Family,We were shocked and saddened by Alice's passing. We are her same age and have known her and your dad Billy since our marriage and involvment in First Baptist Church as newlyweds in the late '60's. Your parents and we shared the same wedding anniversary, August 15.I have happy memories of fun times and spiritual experiences with your mom over the years in church. And, Bill, I taught you at WMHS. Your mom has left all of you a wonderful Christian heritage to emulate and pass on to your children. We will miss her but know she is at perfect peace with Jesus and you will see her again! May the Lord give your hearts that "peace which passes all understanding" in the days ahead. In loving sympathy, Camille and Lee Adair
