Nathan Wayne Snyder, “Nate” was born in Monroe, Louisiana on August 20, 2000 and earned his angel wings on July 4, 2019.

Nathan was a fun loving, patriotic, live life to the fullest, young man. He was an outgoing and care free spirit who always loved laughter and a good time with family and friends. Nathan was an amazing son who made us proud, a grandson who treasured his grandparents, a brother who was always there for his brother and sister, a fun loving spoiling uncle and older cousin, but most of all the best friend anyone could have.

Nathan came in to this world on his own terms and had many, many health challenges throughout his life but he NEVER backed down and fought all obstacles like the true fighter he was. He lived his life to the fullest and on his own terms.

Nathan attended West Ouachita High School where he met a group of friends that became brothers at heart. Nathan and his friends better known as “The Squad” always made memories that will never be forgotten and will go down in history.

Nathan was an avid athlete of baseball, basketball, football, soccer and was even the most competitive in the sport of water pong. He was notorious for his bonfire parties and crazy fun nights with family and friends. Most of all Nathan will be remembered for his loving heart, shoulder to cry on, making sure everyone felt at home, being the person you wanted by your side through everything, and living life to the fullest personality.

Nathan was preceded in death by his great-great-grandparents, Harold and Lillie Lee Price, great-grandfather, Jerry Elliott; grandparents, Lee G. and Martha B. Rome.

Nathan is survived by his parents, Richard and Leigh Snyder; brother, Dustyn Rowton and wife Caitlin; sister, Alexis Snyder; nephew, Asher Rowton; grandparents, Richard and Cynthia Snyder; great-grandmother, Mary Jo Elliott; uncle, Stephen Snyder and wife Melanie; aunts, Jennifer Snyder Odom and husband David, Katherine Holsapple and husband Bart; cousins, Haleigh Odom, Katie Snyder, Noah Snyder, Hannah Sandifer.
