Interment will follow at Luna Assembly of God Church Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Patsy was born December 31, 1939 in Monroe, LA and passed away March 6, 2018 in West Monroe. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Patsy was a member of West Monroe Church of God. A woman who gave freely, served others with love, made every occasion special and treated others as they were her own.Patsy is survived by husband of 61 years, Jackie B.
