Uncle Billy Joe was such an important part of my life. The kids in our family spent so much time together growing up that sometimes the lines that separated whose kids was whose was often blurred. He was someone I could always to if I had a question of faith or personal struggles. I never felt judged or chastised. He loved me where I was. Once I moved to Texas after graduation, the weekend trips to see Aunt Eloyce and him were such a blessing for many years. My heart aches for the family's loss but also rejoices in the fact that he is no longer suffering in his frail body but now made perfect as he was always intended to be.Love always from your new phew and his family!
