I think of Bro. Sims often in reminiscing the days of my childhood. He was always respected and looked up to as a mighty warrior of God in our home. As I grew into adulthood, he never changed even when I did. He preached my wedding and also helped my mom make it through when my brother, Ricky, was taken in such a tragic moment. Thank God for allowing me the chance to know such a powerful man of God! We need more of his kind in today's world.

I'm going to miss you Daddy. You were a GOOD provider for your family. May your soul be wrapped in God's arms this morning, along with "Mommie Bug" and that you're both rejoicing and praising your redeemer this morning during your first Sunday morning church service in heaven.
