Funeral services for Rev. Troy Patrick will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 14, 2020 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with Bro. Butch Pilcher and Bro. Pete Gilbert officiating. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Rev. Troy Patrick was born January 8, 1929 in Dean, LA and passed away February 10, 2020 in Monroe, LA. Troy loved to preach, fish, and spend time with his grandchildren. He had a passion for all his family to know Christ. Troy was a fierce warrior for family, faith and country and was a great provider. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Mae Patrick; parents, Jesse James Patrick and Ruth Patrick; brothers, Jesse Elward Patrick, Arthur Patrick, Allen Patrick, Roy Patrick and Junior Patrick; sisters, Floyce Patrick Franks, Veneta Patrick Barnett, Mary Patrick and Doris Patrick.

Rev. Patrick is survived by his sons, Phillip Patrick and wife Shannon Landry Patrick and Troy Larry Patrick and wife Ruth Ann Patrick; daughter, Patricia Patrick Morris; sister, Barbara Butler; grandsons, Chris Allen Simmons, Nathan Patrick, Sean Timothy Patrick and Jason Garsee; granddaughters, Shannon Leigh Patrick, Lauren Patrick, Jennifer Kokinos; great-grandchildren; Zoe’marie Patrick, Jaxin Patrick Zayne Patrick, Kolten Patrick, Oliver Patrick, Gavin Payne Simmons, Carys Schigh Patrick, Xandra Ravyn Patrick, Haleigh Jordan Patrick, Morgen Riley Patrick,Jayden Rose Patrick, Hayden Garsee and Tyler Garsee; great-great grandchildren, Xara Quinn Branford, Isabella Kokinos and Kaleb Stark.
