Roger E. Parrott Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA Funeral services for Roger E. Parrott, 67, of Farmerville, LA will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 20, 2007, in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Officiating will be Pastor Emeritus Fred Foster and Pastor Mark Foster. Interment will follow at Twin Cities Memorial Gardens in West Monroe under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mr. Parrott was born August 30, 1939 in Ouachita Parish, LA and passed away January 17, 2007, in Farmerville, LA. Mr. Parrott was a lifetime member of the Rosedale Hunting Club at Davis Island. He served in Louisiana Army National Guard as a sharp shooter, and was also a member of AMVETS. Mr. Parrott was an avid pool player and outdoorsman. He was co-owner of R&S Refrigeration for over 40 years. Mr. Parrott was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Parrott and a brother, Sam Parrott. He is survived by his 2 daughters; Rhonda Parrott and Rhealene Parrott; son, Randy Parrott; loving companion, Danni Taylor; 2 granddaughters, Amber Martin and Olivia Rhea Mar; grandson, Austin Mar; great grandson, Nathan Hammons; 2 brothers, Ben Parrott and wife Linda and James ¨PeeWee Parrott and wife Darla; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Ken Waldroup, Randy Magee, Nathan ¨Junior Ottwell, Anthony Hammons, Dennis Frith and Neil Parrott. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Rosedale Hunting Club at Davis Island. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
