Thomas Homer Holifield was born on October 9, 1934 in Laurel, MS and went to be with his Heavenly Father on November 15, 2021 after a brief illness. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Holifield and Inez Hennigan; his wife, Virginia Holifield; son, Scot Holifield; daughter, Teri Beth Potter; and sisters, Delphia Walters, Effie Myers, and Annie Hennigan.
Tom is survived by two daughters, Vicki Runninger and Traci Oetgen and husband, Eddie; sisters, Addie Wright, Dorothy Kitchens and husband Mack, and Helen Abercrombie; very special friend, Jo Hunter; and a number of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Howard Kitchens, Tony Kitchens, Chris Kitchens, Randall Walters, Aaron Quave, and Paco Hall.
