Rick Tilbury left a message on November 12, 2018:
I was saddened to hear that my old college roommate is gone. Tom helped make the time we lived together at "Belly Acres" some of the most fun times of my life. I'll always remember his vivacious, carefree personality. He gave me the nickname "Beaver" which is still used by many who knew me from that time. The world lost a little of it's spark, but Heaven will be all the brighter. I send my heartfelt condolences to his family.

I knew Tom from our association with the Piney Hills Miata Group. He loved to talk guitars and I know he deeply loved his family. I will miss him. My deepest condolences.
