Funeral services for William Fulton Martin will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 5, 2017 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. Rev. Shelly Hill will officiate. Interment will follow at Luna Methodist Church Cemetery in Luna.

Fulton was born November 6, 1925 in Ouachita Parish and passed away September 2, 2017 in West Monroe. He was a member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church and a veteran of the United States Navy, Seaman 2nd Class during WWII.

Fulton is survived by wife of 66 years, Evelyn Eady Martin; son, Larry Martin; daughter, Diane Howard and husband Jimmy; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be W. H. George, Jason George, Lance George, David Hill, Mike Eady, and Daryl Herrington. Honorary pallbearers will be Rex Rodgers, Harvey Pepper, Jim Pepper, and David Leggett.

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 5, 2017 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.
